Cost down recruitment Procurement

When do you call a cab, when the bus doesn’t come and you’ve just sold your car due to costs? During the economic crisis many organizations have been developing recruitment e.g. to save costs of intermediaries. Not so difficult with costs “over the top” and a market full of professionals. As a recruiter today you throw out various fishing rods in a lake where professionals doesn’t have free movement anymore. Supported by good bait as “corporate branding” you’re hoping that something happens, but the catch is poor. Are you going to explain the catch was pretty good or are you going to hire a fisherman who know’s how to catch your specific fish. Cost control is the holy grail so don’t give them that. Well here we go again with our fishing rod. In today’s market specialists approach is needed to find the best professional. To control cost you need mass and that’s what a specialist delivers. Cooperating with a specialist reduces the cost of successful recruitment anyhow. Hereby we ignore no less the revenue of boarding the best candidate asap. When will there be a productive dialogue putting the best results at the lowest costs on the table.
