Job description
The objective of the job is to enable superior PR, NPR and Logistics purchasing results, as well as results in the rest of Nouryon, through analysis and reporting of information and advising on the results.

You will frequently be working in projects team where your key activities will be:
- Analysis support in current sourcing strategies and propose improvements
- Assist in formulating category strategies in consultation and interaction with relevant functions and category managers
- Ensure collection and analyzing of key cost drivers, market dynamics, short and long-term security of supply and issues, areas for innovation, alternative suppliers. Proposal and initiative for additional analyses.
- Provide monthly/quarterly market forecasts and indices updates
- Initiate and support implementation of synergy, cost savings and risk reduction programs
- Support tenders and auctions
Requirements
- Master degree, preferably in business sciences
- We are looking for a strong communicator who is comfortable working in teams.
- You can sell ideas, concepts and programs to suppliers and up and down the relevant Nouryon organizations, ability to work under minimal supervision with broad direction
- You can perform, understand and communicate detailed information analysis and evaluation
- You have very good English language skills
- Strong analytical skills: highly numerate, structured and accurate.
- Capable of digging in depth in numbers to achieve the desired results (Office Excel, Access)
- 0-3 years experience
